Privacy Policy
1. Overview of Data Protection
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. StackBuilder is a static website whose architecture is designed for purely functional use — there are no accounts, no forms, and no server-side processing of your input. Privacy is the default rather than an afterthought, and we collect as little data as technically possible.
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Levin CioffiBadenyx
c/o Postflex #9658, Emsdettener Str. 10

Email: levin@badenyx.studio
2. Client-Side Secret Generation
StackBuilder's .env secret generator runs entirely in your browser via crypto.getRandomValues. Generated secrets are never transmitted to our servers, never logged, and never stored. They exist only in your browser tab.
3. Infrastructure Hosting (Vercel)
The front-end is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Vercel automatically collects connection metadata (server logs): browser type and version, host operating system, referrer URL, host address of the accessing client, date and time of server requests, and IP address. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR) in delivering a secure and reliable website. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Vercel is in place, and EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics: Vercel Analytics (anonymized) and Plausible (cookieless, EU-hosted). There is no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies, and no third-party telemetry.
5. Browser States & Cookie Exclusions
We exclude all persistent tracking, cookie-based advertisement, and third-party analytics telemetry. We do not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or cookies to store personal data or track you.
6. Your Legal Rights under GDPR
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access (Art. 15)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18)
